25% payment due with reservation. Balance due 30-days prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel 60 days prior to your arrival date we will return your deposit, less a $30 booking fee. Deposits from cancellation notice given within 30 days or less of arrival date will not be refunded.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
We welcome your arrival at 4 p.m. or later. Check-out is at 10 a.m. Later check-out (noon) or early check-in may be available upon request - however please note that on same day check-in/check-outs that will not be possible.
We offer self-check in and check-out using door codes for our electronic lock or keypads - you will be sent your code via our email booking confirmation.
We are pet friendly! This includes a $50 pet fee, to help cover the extra cleaning and sanitizing required. All cottages have private secure backyard areas. Please clean up after your pet, doggie bags are provided.
All pets must be vaccinated and flea treated!! No exceptions!
Dogs are now allowed on the beach (4th Street South to the north end of Robert P. Murkshe Park) from 6 a.m.-10 a.m. and 5 p.m.-7 p.m. during standard time and ends at 9 p.m. during daylight savings time. Cocoa Beach laws enforce that all dogs must be kept on a leash and all waste must be picked up!

Cottages are equipped to sleep up to 5 guests. This requires use of the pull-out sofa bed.
MINIMUM AGE OF RENTER: 25 YEARS
All cottages are smoke-free.
TV AND WIFI
All cottages come equipped with Wifi, Cable TV with Roku/Netflix, DVD Player.
CHARCOAL GRILLS: Each cottage has a park-style charcoal grill.
You are likely to meet our on-site caretakers, Randy and Annette in the apartment labeled "Office", cottage #235. They're here to help, please let them know if you have any issues. Please feel free to contact Debra as well for any problems or suggestions regarding the area.
Every effort is made to keep our property and equipment in good working order. Please notify on-site caretakers or Debra as soon as possible if there is a problem.
All cottages are furnished with bed linens, towels, kitchen amenities, bath amenities, and beach essentials. They also include a "starter pack" of dishwasher liquid, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and Keurig coffee.
• Long-term guests: If you would like to request housekeeping service during your stay, please let us know.
Each cottage has ONE designated on-site parking spot labeled with cottage number. First come, first serve free street parking if available is located directly in front of the cottages.
